What are your hours of operation?
We are available for pickup and drop-off 27/7/365.
How will I know when my limousine has arrived?
When you book the reservation, the passenger contact phone number is how we will be reaching out to you. Once the chauffeur has arrived they will text or call the number provided.
What is the method of payment that Black Diamond accepts?
We accept all major credit or debit cards, CashApp, Venmo. In some circumstances we will accept cash upon arrival.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
It is imperative that we have accurate flight information when booking the reservation. Our dispatch and chauffeur will track all incoming flights and make adjustments accordingly. If flights are delayed more than an hour please contact us at 801-935-5554 to ensure there have not been any other change of plans.
Will your driver help me with my luggage?
We offer two types of service.
Curbside: If you are able to bring your luggage out to the curb our chauffeur will assist in getting it into the vehicle with no additional charges.
Meet-and-greet: Our chauffeur will meet your in the airport at a designated greeter's area. They will have a tablet or phone with the passenger's last name. From there, the chauffeur will assist with any luggage, wheelchair, or any other requested assistance.
